Traditional Marking Gauge, Single Blade, Metric Scale
These traditional Japanese marking gauges are indispensable tools to mark out mortises and other lines for joinery. They come with a metric scale on the blade for quick metric setup, but can be set up externally as well (see picture). Once set the blade is locked in with the metal knob and can remain at that set distance for the entire length of your project.
